We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at joel@panamericangem.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
