In the rare event that a package arrives at the buyer damaged and the item purchased is damaged in transit. Then it is the buyer's responsibility to take pictures of the shipping container as well as damaged goods and contact the seller within 48hrs. of receipt. The buyer must retain all the damaged packaging for claims to be processed.
