Vintage Mother of Pearl Inlay & Enamel Bohemian Bangle Bracelet, New
- This beautiful bracelet is new and part of a vintage lot originally imported from India in the late 70's. The bracelet is made of brass with hand-carved and inlayed mother of pearl gemstones and accentuated with coral and turquoise color enamelwork in a geometrical pattern. These bracelets are made in a rustic manner, the mother of pearl gemstones may have natural characteristics such as pores, color zoning, inclusions or cracks. Each bracelet is handmade and vary slightly from one bracelet to the next. This bracelet is intended for a medium to large wrist (7-8"); on the average, the interior diameter of the bracelet is 2.6" with a hinged peg-style closure. The metal uséd traditionally for these bracelets is brass which over time develops oxidation. Most bracelets available have some degree of oxidation; the age gives it character.
